High Purity MGO Magnesium Oxide Large Crystalline Fused Magnesia Sand
 Magnesium oxide is an inorganic substance with the chemical formula MgO, which is an oxide of magnesium. It is a white solid at room temperature. Magnesium oxide exists in nature in the form of periclase and is a raw material for magnesium smelting. Magnesium oxide has high refractory insulating properties. It can be transformed into crystals after high temperature burning above 1000°C, and it becomes dead-burned magnesia (magnesia) or sintered magnesia when it rises to 1500 - 2000°C.

Application

1. It is an important inorganic raw material in the chemical industry, used for the production of magnesium carbonate, magnesium hydroxide, magnesium oxide and other magnesium products, and also used as raw materials for antifreeze.
2. It is used in the metallurgical industry for the production of metal magnesium (obtained by melting electrolysis), liquid c hlorine and high purity magnesia.
3. In the building materials industry, it is an important raw material for the production of light building materials such as glass fiber tiles, decorative panels, sanitary ware, ceiling, floor tiles, magnesia cement, ventilation pipes, anti-theft manhole covers, fire doors and Windows, fire panels, partition panels, the production of artificial marble and other high-rise building supplies. In magnesite products can be made of high quality magnesium tile, high quality fire-proof board, magnesium packaging box, magnesium decoration board, light wall board, abrasive tools, stoves, fireworks solid primer and so on.
4. In other fields, it can be used as food additives, protein coagulants, snow melting agents, refrigerants, dustproof agents, refractory materials, etc. Tofu made with brine (magnesium chloride aqueous solution) is more tender in quality and fresher in taste than that made with gypsum.
5. Metallurgical industry: used to manufacture refractory materials and adhesives for building furnace arms, and is the raw material for manufacturing No. 2 flux and smelting metal magnesium.
6. Machinery industry: In life, the use of magnesite can be made into mechanical packing boxes, triangle cushion edges and furniture, etc., is a good material for "soil instead of material".
7. Transportation industry: used as road ice melting agent, fast ice melting speed, less corrosive to vehicles, higher than sodium chloride effect.
8.Agriculture: Can be used to make magnesium fertilizer, potassium magnesium fertilizer and cotton defoliant.
9. Curing agent; Nutritional fortifier; Flavoring agent (combined with magnesium sulfate, salt, calcium hydrogen phosphate, calcium sulfate, etc.); A leavening agent for sake, etc.; Dewatering agent (for fish cake, dosage 0.05% ~ 0.1%); Tissue improver (used in combination with polyphosphates as elastic enhancer for surimi products). Due to strong bitter taste, the usual dosage is less than 0.1%.
