Description of Carbon Black

Carbon black is a fine black powder produced by incomplete combustion or thermal cracking of hydrocarbons. It features excellent reinforcement, high tinting strength, good UV resistance, chemical stability and electrical conductivity.

Widely used in rubber products, tires, plastics, inks, coatings and batteries, it effectively improves wear resistance, durability and processing performance of end products.

 

For example,N330 and N550.N330 carbon black offers balanced reinforcement, high abrasion resistance and good dispersibility. Ideal for tire treads, rubber goods and various industrial applications.

 

N550 carbon black provides low heat generation, excellent elasticity and easy processing. Suitable for tire sidewalls, inner tubes, hoses and mechanical rubber parts.

Applications of Carbon Black
