Arabic Gum, also known as Arabic gum or acacia gum in Chinese, is a natural plant gum that seeps out from the trunks and branches of the acacia tree (mainly Acacia senegal and Acacia seyal varieties). It is obtained by collection, drying, and grinding. It appears as yellowish to amber-colored blocks, particles, or white powder, odorless, and soluble in water to form a viscous solution.
